Position:

Sales Representative

Role:

Identifying sales opportunities for insurance plans and overseeing a portfolio of clients.

Duties:


  • Continually meet with potential clients to determine their needs and discuss adequacy of insurance coverage.
  • Explains various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients, guides them in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.  
  • Research and source potential clients and build long term relationships with them.
  • Educate merchants on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
  • Assist with completion of application and other necessary paperwork, obtain underwriting approvals.

 


job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or any relevant studies.
  • Licensed to sell insurance in applicable state is a must.
  • Two years of experience.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
